Zinfandel the Crazy Chicken *ORIGINAL*

This crazy delight of a chicken kept me on my toes. she is Appenzeller Spitzhauben breed! She ended up being as fast as a road runner and as sassy as me in the mornings. She never could see facing forward so she always had this weirdly funny head flick so she could see.  

I created the line of “the pecking order” during the covid year right after we moved from the east coast. I started my homestead and my flock! I had eggs shipped from my home in Newfoundland and only one egg hatched! Meet Zinfandel!  

The entire coop was named after wine and cheeses.
